This hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the beach and close to the markets and coast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable with a double and single bed. The breakfast had plenty of Asian food to choose from.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a great time at the hotel. the beach was just across the street, which made it very convenient for us to take a stroll and enjoy the sunset. the hotel offered a pool that was a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. the breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of options to choose from, including some Vietnamese specialties. the hotel was located near a shopping center and markets, which made it easy for us to shop souvenirs and gifts.

Our experience was not all rosy. the rooms were a bit outdated and required some renovation.

I thought when I reserved my room that it was a 4 star hotel. When I arrived it clearly was not. I figured I made a mistake. I was told by annother guest that he had reserved a room with the same thought. The hotel signs outside show 4 stars in their logo so feel mislead. The new years dinner, was all in Russian. They were clearly not catering for westerners or even Vietnamese Coffee was cold at breakfast every morning and staff did not care when it was pointed out to them. Railing on the 4th floor balcony was very dangerous and was about to fail if anybody should lean on it.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just across the road from the beach. It made it so easy for us to enjoy the beautiful sea views and take leisurely walks along the shore. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the room service staff who always had a positive attitude.

The location was,for us, too far from the main drag of eateries and shops. We felt very isolated, surrounded by other hotels only.

I can only recomment this hotel if you want to relax. Stayed 6 days and want miss one

Spent Easter at this hotel and loved it! The view from the balcony was amazing and the customer service was very attentive. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the beach and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. What's more, they offer a great selection for breakfast, catering to both Western and Asian tastes.

The pool area, it was quite crowded during the day making it difficult to relax. However, this didn't ruin our stay as we spent most of our time at the beach.

The swimming pool which is boasted was a building site through which builders and equipment moved frelly all day . Pool was dirty so you could not swim in it. Rooms were small and the breakfast was horrible - even the fruit juice was watered down. Most staff could not speak English. Othe rRussian male guests were very noisy and smoked in all the common parts

It's perfect for those who want easy access to the coast and enjoy relaxing walks by the water. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated close to the markets, making it a great spot for shopping enthusiasts.

This hotel is perfectly located close to the beach, just a short walk away. It is also conveniently located near a shopping center and the local markets, making it easy to explore and find great souvenirs. the rooms are comfortable and offer a basic, but satisfactory experience. the staff is attentive and provides good room service. the breakfast offered is reasonable and provides a good start to the day.

The customer service could be improved. There were some instances where the staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude, which was disappointing.
